Explain Yourself…

So let’s say you’ve just launched a digital edition and while many readers loved the new format, others didn’t. Within their criticisms, you determined that your audience wasn’t aware of exactly how to use the digital edition. What would you do?

In the case of Quill, they dedicated the Editor’s Column this month to explaining all of the features within the digital edition so that readers can better understand what the NXTbook can do and how to do it. In the end, there’s no better vehicle to educate your readers than your own content, and Quill’s example is an excellent one of how to better please their readers.
