Nxtbook Customers Cracks the Top 20 in BPA Digital Circulation

Bill Mickey has posted the list of the Top 20 BPA audited publications for digital-only circulation. At Nxtbook, we’re thrilled to have three customers make the cut:

Dr. Dobb’s Journal - 32,333 digital-only subscribers - 26.9 percent of total readership Cadalyst - 17,725 digital-only subscribers - 28.6 percent of total readership Government Technology - 16,386 digital-only subscribers - 21.2 percent of total readership 

Of course, BPA auditing is only half the story. As we wrote yesterday, 50 percent of all Nxtbooks are read from content posted on Web sites and forums. This hybrid readership is just one reason publishers are getting extra money from digital editions. But we’ll leave it to BPA to figure out how to account for that.
