Labyrinth Financial Services (LFS)
is a national independent marketing organization that helps financial professionals and institutions
establish insurance and retirement
programs for its clients.
LFS is a leader in providing total
back office support for individuals
or financial institutions who want
to add a life insurance or retirement division but do not want the
expense of providing all the necessary services. The LFS team strives
to offer superior, comprehensive
concierge services, including support at the point of sale. We offer a
wide range of services, including inperson training, case analysis, and
advanced sales support to help brokers implement robust personal and
estate plans.
What makes your
organization unique?
We are unique in that we take a customized approach to identifying and
capitalizing on market trends and
product opportunities. LFS provides
holistic financial solutions, allowing
our clients and partners to meet all
of their customers' financial needs.
Additionally, we follow a distinctive team leadership philosophy. Whether you're playing a sport
or building your business, ongoing training and refinement of
skills is crucial to stay at the top
of your game. We believe progress
comes from the cultivated use of
experience, which is why we use
a strength-based team coaching
approach. Our customized training
program is available both in-person

and remotely, depending on each
client's need.
Lastly, we help our partners
leverage their strengths, which
leads to growth in targeted areas.
As my father and LFS Founder Tim

What type of advisor are you
trying to attract?
LFS forms powerful partnerships
with individuals, agencies, and
financial institutions that are qualified, committed, and coachable. Our
clients and partners are passionate
about serving their communities
and meeting all of their customers'
financial needs. We're always on the
lookout for individuals who are committed to growing their business
and are able to commit to implementing a plan for growth.
Where do you see your
organization in the next
5-10 years?
In the coming years, LFS will
remain passionate about producing change within our community. I
believe there is unlimited potential
within the financial and alternative distribution marketplace. Our
clients and partners see opportunity around every corner, in every
community, across the nation. We
strive to help these institutions,
agencies, and individual advisors
uncover these powerful opportunities. It all comes down to recog-
nizing market trends and consumer
and business needs.
How does being a NAILBA
member benefit you and
your business?
Because we are committed to the
future of the financial service
industry, LFS is actively involved
in NAILBA. Our organization joined
NAILBA in 2010, and I am currently
a co-leader of the NAILBA Agency
Successor Networking Group (ASNG)
and a member of the NAILBA Professional Development Committee.
The ASNG not only provides leadership, management, and skill training to ensure the success of new
agency leaders, it also offers members the opportunity to build a network or support group of other new
leaders. I am confident the ASNG
was a catalyst in the personal and
business growth I've been able to
achieve over the past few years. I
am sincerely thankful for the vision
and opportunity ASNG mentors have
offered me and other members.
