About the Agency Founded by John Rupright in 1980, Producers XL is an independent insurance marketing organization. PXL's mission is to provide highlevel, independent producers a onestop shop for products, sales support, and administrative assistance for all facets of life, medical, annuity, disability, and long term care production. Producers XL is a small firm with 12 staff members in its Kansas office. The agency also has a partner office in Denver, Colorado managed by John's partner, Donald "Kip" Keehner as well as a satellite office in Albuquerque, New Mexico managed by Brett Adams. In addition, Terry Bakker has been with the agency for over 15 years, managing health insurance operations. about honesty and integrity as well as offering producers sales, prospecting, and marketing training.
