For a little girl who was told she “couldn’t do science,” Ingrid has proven herself brilliantly. She built her career at TI focusing on 300 millimeter wafer fabrication, a leap forward in semiconductor manufacturing technology. Ingrid administers technical training that impacts design, process, equipment, testing and software – a position that interfaces with counterparts in India, Japan, and Europe. Staying Fit: Ingrid is deeply spiritual and incorporates Pilates, yoga and healthy eating into her life. She is passionate about ﬁghting breast cancer and has run in 10 Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure events Doing Good: She’s learned patience and compassion through volunteer work with the elderly and tutoring in TI’s Tech Smart – Big Heart program. Stats: B.S.
