A Good Plan Gets Better
Continued enhancements help IMT Insurance 401(k) shine

IMT INSURANCE considers themselves as an
employee-centric workforce, and rightfully so.
The Des Moines, Iowa-based property
casualty insurance company boasts close to
$68 million in assets currently, with about
385 employees and 450 retirement plan
participants. Despite challenges in the economic
and inflationary environment over
the past year and a half, the retirement plan
has preserved a 98% participation rate with
an 11% average contribution.
" We have these plans not because we have
to for recruiting purposes, but because we
believe in helping our employees save for
their future, " explains Marsha Aldridge, vice
president of human resources and shared
services with IMT Insurance, and who also
works as part of the company's senior leadership
team and benefits committee.
The company, along with the senior leadership
