iER1 leverages methods and models that we collectively call Performance
Experience Design. Through this approach, we design experiences that drive
behavior change and produce desired business results by intentionally
focusing on the performer's context. We consider the whole person, along with
how we might impact their mindset and emotions.
Whether planning a learning event, product launch, or strategy session, we
advocate for designing the experience that truly meets attendees where they are
by providing them a unique journey of engagement, reflection, realization, and
personal evolution.
Executing a successful event-whether in person, virtual, or hybrid-is possible
