In the modern workforce, technology is ubiquitous. Our working ecosystems are
increasingly complex, with distributed teams and time zones, multiple communication
channels, automated processes, and real-time collaboration. Every organization relies
on technology to reach its full potential. Yet for many, technology is increasingly
complex; rather than aid in relationships and productivity, it sometimes interferes with
them, diminishing the experience of employees.

* Building apps for productivity, games for motivation, and simulations for practice.
* Incorporating research on neuroscience to influence digital collaboration and
ways of working.
* Driving adoption of new platforms through training and coaching.
