Ruth Colvin-Clark tops the list! Her shared research, teaching, and mentoring on
cognitive principles and how to apply them to learning design, and her adaptation
of M. David Merrill's Component Display Theory changed my world early in my career.
The tools I learned from Ruth continue to be
some of the most used in my toolbox.

I became a " performance hacker " because of Arun Pradhan!
I was completely inspired at a Workplace Learning Congress
presentation a few years ago and shortly after that had
the fortunate opportunity to have a project that I was able
to get him to lead the design thinking approach, which
resulted in us being able to create a transformative
approach to a critical compliance learning program.
Changed me as a learning professional and I continue
