King/Queen
of Bridge

If you are a graduating high
school senior and an ACBL mem‑
ber who plays and promotes
bridge, you may become the 2011
King/Queen of Bridge. Recent
winners have been cited for out‑
standing tournament performanc‑
es plus administrative, recreational
and promotional activities related
to bridge. The ACBL Educational
Foundation will present a $1000
scholarship to the King/Queen of
Bridge.
This competition was estab‑
lished in 1973 by Homer Shoop,
an Indiana banker, and is admin‑
istered today by the ACBL Educa‑
tional Foundation.
To enter the contest, e‑mail your
personal information and quali‑
fications, along with the name of
your school and school principal,
the school address and phone
number to education@acbl.org no
later than May 16.
