Parking is challenging and parking kiosks have replaced parking meters. SEPTA provides bus service throughout the city, as well as the light rail "El" trains along Market and Broad streets and the Regional Rail Service. The Philly Phlash bus also operates along a downtown loop. The PATCO high-speed line has stops from New Jersey to 16th and Locust.
