Dismuke and Thomasma are leading key programming hubs under
the AMC umbrella, with both keenly tapping into their genres and
audiences as they help drive revenue for the company. Thomasma
is steering AMC's recently launched premium, ad-free streaming
bundle, which is fueled by library content from across AMC brands
and originals. The service helped contribute to AMC Nets ending
2020 with more than 6 million streaming subscribers, exceeding its
target forecast. Dismuke, formerly chief content officer for ALLBLK,
annexed WE tv in December. He has been working his magic to drive
triple-digit growth at the rebranded streaming service.

MY PROUDEST PROFESSIONAL ACHIEVEMENT OVER
THE PAST 12 MONTHS IS... rebranding the UMC streaming
service into what is now known as ALLBLK. This was a major moment,
not only for service, but also for the culture.

touching things that have been publicly shared.
HOW DOES THE COUNTRY NARROW THE DIGITAL
DIVIDE? Offering mandatory tutorials for everyone born before 1980.
WHAT'S THE FUTURE OF DIRECT-TO-CONSUMER
STREAMING LOOK LIKE? We haven't cut the cord-we have
created a new cord. With that said, it will be a large variety of content
to choose from, so you better produce offerings that will psychologically
stimulate viewers.

2020 was a landmark year for CuriosityStream on several fronts. The company
became the first pure-play factual streaming service to trade on the NASDAQ,
and it ended the year more than doubling annual revenue and growing the paying
subscriber base 50 percent to almost 15 million. Stinchcomb also continued to
drive original programming, oversaw increased distribution partnerships around
the globe, and spearheaded a redesign of back-end infrastructure to optimize UX.
