to grow high-speed Internet subscribers. Recent
announcements about higher speeds for Xfinity and
lower-tier services for the same costs will only boost
business further.

and stamina come from. Lynch oversees all
aspects of operations for a high profile territory-
Silicon Valley and the San Francisco Peninsula.
Responsible for 600 employees, she negotiates labor
agreements and deals with vendors and suppliers.
She oversaw the launch of Skype on Xfinity, deployed
Xfinity WiFi, and converted Silicon Valley and San
Francisco to an all-digital delivery system. Launching
the latest version of Comcast's X1 platform, as well
as a cloud DVR.

they know how to get there. It's no surprise that Wave was
CableFAX's 2012 Indie Op of the Year.
