Bragan was instrumental in developing
AMC Networks' public response
to the increase in violent attacks against Asian Americans in the
wake of the pandemic. In September, she helped launch a corporate
PSA campaign around Hispanic Heritage Month. Bragan
once again led AMC Networks' partnership with the Congressional
Black Caucus and the NAACP to produce the company's
award-winning annual PSA campaign communicating the
tremendous impact of Black History Month. It featured some of
the leading members of Congress, such as House Majority Whip
Jim Clyburn, sharing stories of inspiration and perseverance that
inspire them and the issues they remain focused on today. Creating
a trustworthy line of communication is all about openness
and, Bragan says, people should strive " to be honest about the
things we don't know, share what we do know and understand
that everyone is different. "
Rudy Brioché

Brioché is constantly crafting new policies
and researching the latest on every
topic of industry importance. He's most recently been focused
on issues surrounding privacy, cybersecurity and Section 230. He
acts as Comcast's point person on the plethora of privacy issues
and legislation working their way through state and federal governments
as well as regulatory agencies. Brioché often goes out
of his way to meet and offer advice to Comcast's interns, giving
them tips on how to build connections with other leaders in the
company and across the industry. He's also an executive board
member of the Federal Communications Bar Association, and
has led the development of diversity pipeline programs to recruit,
train and hire diverse interns and young lawyers.
Danielle Brown

Promoted to oversee data and targeting
solutions this past spring, Brown
leads the Audience Modeling and Data Science team. The unit
has transformed Disney proprietary data into meaningful audience
segments customized for every industry vertical. Her work
included developing two custom audiences for one Fortune 100

electronics company that delivered over 230% stronger than
control groups. Brown co-leads the hiring committee within
Disney's DEI committee and guides The Walt Disney Company's
" Brave Conversations, " which aims to provide employees an
opportunity to engage in supportive conversations, thoughtful
reflection and information gathering on racial justice and
inclusion. She also works together with advocacy organization
ADCOLOR to advance people from diverse backgrounds in
creative industries and cultivate new leaders and mentors. " I
believe in making the investment in our talent because many
senior leaders made that investment in me. I have grown at the
company because of them, " Brown says.

One of the most successful ad
campaigns of 2020 was " A Recipe
for Seduction " between KFC and
Lifetime starring Mario Lopez. Brown played an integral role in
that partnership. The goal was to recraft an existing deal to play
off the sensibility of the Lifetime audience to showcase KFC in a
" cheeky " way. Mission accomplished: it ranked in AdWeek's " Top
Campaigns that Make Ad Pros Jealous, " while also trending
#1 across all YouTube channels. Hoping to bring a new face to
advertising, Brown is now laser focused on identifying the next
generation of talent. " I'm energized by working with The Boyd
Initiative as a frequent speaker in their program to bring a voice
of what is possible through honest dialogue and mentorship/recruitment
of their candidates, " she says. " With significant work
to still be done, it's important to be open to where the void exists
and do something different to try and fill it. "

In the past 12 months, Cabrera has
continued to engineer milestone deals
for AMC Studios amidst changing industry dynamics during the
pandemic. She is widely regarded as one of the industry's top
international distribution executives. In the coming year, she
and her team will continue to seek the best possible homes for
AMC Studios' popular content in the domestic and international
territories in all forms of linear, nonlinear and digital TV distribution.
As a passionate advocate for hiring candidates from
marginalized backgrounds, she actively seeks out diverse talent
and serves as an informal mentor several mid-level staff. " I have
always tried to maintain as diverse a team as possible for every
position, from VPs to interns, and have prided myself in accomplishing
that again this year, " she says.
