job. The 18-year Disney veteran's impressive track record
includes the successful debuts of new series like " The Mighty
Ducks: Game Changers, " " Big Shot, " and feature documentary
" Wolfgang. " She's proud of her work with the 20-year-old " ABC
Discovers " program, a host of casting initiatives that aim to
discover, nurture and create opportunities for up-and-coming
talent from around the world. Alumni of the program include
Lupita Nyong'o and Pedro Pascal. Last year, diversity in media
group T. Howard honored Davis with its Executive Leadership
Award. " Opportunity gaps exist in a real way, and access can be
very different for various groups of people, " she says. " However,

Comcast's resident wizard, using artificial
intelligence and machine learning to whip up new products
and services focused on cybersecurity. Recent increases in the
number of cybersecurity events and attacks have kept her and
her team on their toes. The software they have implemented
helps the company detect and block hundreds of thousands of
cyber events in any given second. She has dedicated just as
much of her energy, if not more, into improving the pervasive
gender and diversity disparities in the technology sector. Davis
serves as an advisory board member of the Comcast NBCUniversal
TECHWomen organization and executive sponsor of the
Asian Pacific American employee resource group.

With Day at the helm, Telemundo was
among the first companies to resume production during the
pandemic with the live and in-person 2020 Billboard Latin Music
Awards. It reached 3.5 million viewers and set a new record for

the Telemundo App. It was the company's most-viewed awards
show with an 80% lift in linear simulcast views. Telemundo's
position as a leading Spanish-language network seems secure
thanks to a new mix of original primetime shows and reality
series-and the upcoming period drama " Malverde: El Santo
Patrón. " Day, who mentors young professionals, has seen positive
change in the industry when it comes to diversity and representation,
but knows it's not enough. " We need to continue to
push forward not only in front of the camera but also behind it, "
he says. " We have worked very hard to make sure we showcase
diverse talent and diverse stories across our screens so that our
audience sees themselves represented. "

Capitol Hill has long been like a
second home for Don. He's a constant
advocate for broadband providers,
ensuring policymakers understand how they can help as many
people as possible get connected to high-speed internet. He has
also led efforts to strengthen policies surrounding WiFi and its
future, pushing for the opening of bandwidth in both the 5.9 and
6 GHz bands. He'll continue those discussions with lawmakers
through 2022, guaranteeing that WiFi is viewed as just as
important as 5G for the future of connectivity in America. Don
is a major supporter of UNIDOS, Comcast's resource group for
uniting, educating and empowering accomplished and aspiring
Hispanic professionals across the company.

Disney Advertising Sales. As co-leader of the hiring committee
within Disney's DEI committee, she ensures a diverse workforce
and an inclusive culture. She uses hiring practices that are specific,
targeted and measurable, showing that each hire is not just
a number. Donohue also forms partnerships between Disney and
DEI-focused organizations such as the Center for Communication
and #HIREBLACK so that she and the company are informed
on best practices. She tells us she loves this particular time in
the industry. " There are more mentors, sponsors and productive
conversations around career pathing, and leaders are integrating
conversations around DEI on a regular basis, creating new
safe spaces for all team members, " Donohue says. " This results
