Television's Global Workplace & Women's
Initiative, Hsiung advocates for the career advancement of
female employees, and TWDC's leadership mentoring program
is just the start. She also has worked on several company initiatives
including the CEO Inclusion Council, Black Talent Network
and The Women's Connection. In addition, she spearheaded
numerous employee enrichment programs, including a book
club, yoga and drawing classes, and serves as executive sponsor
of Disney's Asian-Pacific Islander employee resource group.
Her hope is that the enormous accomplishment of women and
Asian Americans will be brought into the spotlight sooner rather
than later. " In a recent Forbes poll, 42% of Americans could not
name a famous Asian American, " she says. " I would like to see
a biopic about Kamala Harris. A double minority and a woman
reaching the second highest office in our land. This is a story
that has to be told. "

Throughout her career, Hudson has
led efforts to leverage HR as well as
senior leadership to create environments
and a culture where all are accepted. Since rising to her
current role, she has been able to use that experience to craft
strategies tied to Comcast's long-term goals for workforce development
and operational success. Hudson continues to learn by
listening to employees across the company, gathering feedback
and identifying how Comcast can do more to support its most
valuable asset-its people. She plays an active role in Comcast's
employee resource groups and DEI councils through sponsorships
of their activities.

From launching advanced security
products and developing data tools
that can measure user experiences to creating innovative ways
to improve the connectivity and experiences of future customers,
Ip and his team are always ahead of the curve. Their
architecture efforts for network evolution are setting the stage
for symmetrical services by examining the role of software

defined networks, virtualization, and advanced features sets.
According to Ip, the most dramatic change he's seen in his
sector is the general acceleration of the digital transformation
across the customer base-residential, SMB, enterprise. " From
the adoption of remote learning to tele-health, the new ways our
customers are using and thriving with our network are fascinating
developments, " he says. Ip and his team are industry leaders
in the immersive streaming area and in promoting the Immersive
Digital Entertainment Alliance.
Marge Jackson

Jackson has been a force of nature
across Comcast, creating the perfect
storm of initiatives focused on promoting DEI to the company's
employees and customers. When tasked with helping launch the
Black Experience on Xfinity, she immediately went to Comcast's
Black Employee Network to discuss how the destination should
be focused and positioned. " Our mission is to provide up-andcoming
talent with a platform and the forum to reach a broader
audience that they might not have been able to on their own, "
she says. A major area of focus for her has been the continued
creation of spaces for conversations surrounding DEI. She was
the mind behind a multicultural resources hub for frontline
employees with curated content. In June, her efforts came together
in the form of Pride World, a virtual neighborhood for the
LGBTQ+ community with featured content from Xfinity's LGBTQ
Film & TB destination. She has also hosted a series featuring
employees sharing their stories about overcoming exclusion tied
to race and ethnicity.
Rich Jennings

Jennings is someone who values simplicity,
ensuring the product experience
for customers is as easy to navigate
as possible. Every employee in his division is encouraged to
take small steps each day to improve the customer experience.
He's known for being goal-oriented, and inspires those around
him to reach higher. Jennings serves as the Employee Resource
Group National Champion for the Young Professionals Network,
helping to advance DEI efforts through events and initiatives that
are larger in scope and scale. " It is our actions, not our words,
that will move us forward. My role is to make sure we execute
our actions flawlessly in service of Diversity and callout and
'name' those things that do not serve our purpose, " he says.
