Sofko is a deal
maker. She helped close the acquisition
of 1091 Pictures and Sonar Entertainment
and their content libraries,
as well as the Redbox transaction.
Those acquisitions have helped
Chicken Soup for the Soul triple its
content library over the past year.
She's also played a big role in the
company's increasing FAST channel
lineup from about 75 to more than
150 by the end of 2022.
A woman who inspires me is
Madeline Berger, also
known as the godmother of
digital at ESPN. Madeline's strategic
prowess and dealmaking skills
enabled her to compete in a muscle-flexing
male environment just by
focusing on logic, facts and the right
deal. "

Andrion supports
and pushes forward rulemaking
that benefits Charter and the industry
at large. Her team was instrumental
in the implementation of the FCC's
Rural Digital Opportunity Fund
and successfully championed the
rulemaking on pole reform launched
earlier this year. She also serves as a
mentor through Charter's Multicultural
Business resource group.
A woman who has inspired
me is my mother, Jane
Elizabeth Biley Andrion. She
grew up in the Philippines with a
dream to come to America. She
overcame every obstacle in her way to
do so. She credits the Maryknoll order
of nuns, who started a school in the
Philippines, for teaching her intellectual
curiosity, perseverance and grit in
achieving all of her goals. "

within the industry.
I define success now by how
balanced I am in my life and
my career. It's important to
be successful in your career but it is
just as important to make sure you are
successful in your life by doing the
things you love and surrounding
yourself with people you love and who
love you back. "

Media in June 2021 and she didn't
take long to make an impact. She
spearheaded distribution growth for
Great American Family by increasing
its subscriber base by more
than 48%. Additionally, she oversaw
the launch of the company's FAST
channel Great American Adventures
and the development of the DTC app
Great American Community.
All of the forks in my career
have been impactful forks.
But surprisingly, when one
opportunity seems foreclosed, that's
when the most interesting new ones
have appeared. "

means Underhill
is responsible for more than 50
primetime series across numerous
networks and streaming services,
including " Hacks " (HBO Max), which
this year netted 17 Emmy nominations
and a Peabody Award. She's
created a supportive culture for some
of the industry's top female storytellers
working in both comedy and
drama.
A philanthropic event I look
forward to every year is the
