a Popstar " music competition TV
series with Pepsi, MTV and TikTok.
Her deals entertain audiences while
connecting partners, brands and
fans. She also serves on the board of
the She Runs It Foundation.
Every job or promotion I
didn't get led me to where I
am today. At the end of the
day, it's all about how you show up,
your attitude and your commitment to
learning, growing and staying resilient
despite challenges you may face
along the way. And I am incredibly
grateful for my career journey as a

Gessner keeps
MCTV moving
forward
while keeping
customers comfortable. Under her
leadership, MCTV overbuilt itself with
fiber and is now working to move
customers who are ready for new
equipment over to the new service
delivery for internet and video. This
summer MCTV made a donation for
the building of a new Boys & Girls
Club in Massillon, Ohio, home of its
headquarters.
It's easy to just focus on
yourself and the negatives
change creates. Look down
the road to see how it can become a
positive. Short-term negatives often
turn into long-term benefits. And look
to the sides and recognize how the
change will affect those around you.

Via the Starz initiative #TakeTheLead,
Busby has displayed her commitment
to amplify narratives by, about and
for women and underrepresented
audiences. At the helm of Starz's
slate, she's a supporter who encourages
her team to tackle content that
inspires others with unapologetic stories
and characters.
I am inspired by my grandmother,
who was smart
enough to become a doctor
from Trinidad in the '20s, but also
brave enough to follow her true dream
by walking away from her medical
career to become a dancer in Paris.
The lesson there is that we only have
one life, so we need to be doing what
we want to do with it. "

Yochum started at the association
in its earliest days as a paralegal
and assistant. She now oversees the
association's finances, investments,
HR, healthcare, federal election compliance,
corporate compliance and
lobbying reporting. As if that's not
enough, her dedication to elevating
the success of ACA Connects and its
members reverberates throughout
the organization and no big decision
gets made without her counsel, opinion
and input.
I would love to be able to sit
around my great grandparents'
giant table again,
which was always set up in their living
room for Christmas dinner when I was
a kid. There was enough room for the
whole family and we always had tons
of homemade spaghetti. "

Disney General Entertainment
Burke leads Disney Television Studios,
the result of a merger between
20th Television and Touchstone
TV. Collectively, Disney Television
Studios will produce 74 series this
upcoming season. Her guidance
helped drive the launch of the Walt
Disney Television Executive Incubator
Program, which seeks to make a
pipeline of executives with a focus on
underrepresented talent.

A champion
for transparency and transformation,
Abcarian is helping change the way
the industry does business. When
she issued chapter one of NBCU's
Measurement Look Book, it led to
an industrywide conversation about
audience measurement and the need
for what she calls " measurement independence. "
Abcarian is also a vocal
advocate for LGBTQ and maternity
rights.
Part of my journey moving
up the corporate ladder has
been intentionally creating
pathways and advocating for policies
for women starting their family
journeys. As women often disproportionally
take on more at home, it is
crucial for companies to offer women
and femme-identifying workers the
flexibility they need to succeed and
show up in the office and to be fully
present with their families at home. "
