A digital native, former Group M executive Pangis is guiding
Ampersand's efforts to pursue multiscreen TV inventory and data
insights. In 2021, the company garnered the largest single share
of political TV ad spending and continued momentum in amassing
the industry's most comprehensive data insights footprint through
partnerships with LiveRamp and Altice. In 2020, working hand-inhand
with Ampersand President Andrew Ward, she launched the
AND Platform. Encompassing linear, addressable and streaming
TV with a reach of more than 80 million households, the platform
just launched a suite of next-generation local TV tools.

to acquire Scripps Interactive, Discovery

for exclusive rights to the Olympic
Games across Europe until 2024,
and the recent launch of discovery+.
Through the years, he's added
responsibilities and key corporate
functions. In the year ahead, Leavy will continue to outline for investors,

the company's interactions with Congress and the Administration and manages the Legislative Affairs
and Regulatory teams. After successfully steering Comcast's government relations team through the
intricacies of a Presidential transition and shift in Congressional balance of power, this past year he led
Comcast's efforts across the several COVID-19 relief bills passed by Congress, including the American
Rescue Plan Act, as well as the landmark Bipartisan Infrastructure Law. ■
