Trudeau has been hard at work helping operator customers address changing subscriber usage behavior resulting from the pandemic and
using broadband data to highlight cable's role in keeping society connected. One area of focus has been developing the ability to identify

traffic sources by application so that operators can zero in on upgrade candidates. From a numbers' perspective, in 2021 OpenVault secured
its first Tier 1 customers in North America and LatAm, which extended its broadband data analysis footprint from 5 million subscribers
to more than 50 million subscribers globally.

What does the metaverse mean to you? Metaverse demands on bandwidth will clearly be substantial and exponential
versus today's demands. Meeting bandwidth and latency requirements for these fully immersive experiences will be
major challenges for network providers.
How many companies have you worked for? 2 (Prior to founding numerous companies)
How will inflation impact the media and broadband space? I believe that the household spending allocation on media and content
consumption will cause subscribers to continue to cut the cord and be more selective with OTT streaming services, potentially resulting
in pressure on the OTT market. Broadband itself will continue to be an absolutely essential service.

Your YouTube rabbit hole? 4K and 8K destination travel videos. I find them soothing, educational and a
good way to test a high-quality display.
My prediction for NFTs... Creator economy 2.0 is upon us and NFTs is a product of this trend. From a
consumer standpoint it's a digital collectable, but from a business perspective, an ever-evolving set of
rights and products. I'm excited for NFTs and believe they are the beginning of a large transformation
in how IP is developed and monetized, putting the consumer at the center, creating true network
effects.
The phrase " digital divide " will go away when... Internet access is no longer the barrier to an equitable
education. ■
