THE BUZZ FACTOR
It takes a lot of strategizing to generate the buzziest entertainment
on TV. Good thing for NBCU Berwick and Rovner are on the
case. Berwick helms program strategy and business operations
for the NBC broadcast network and NBCU's six cable entertainment
networks. Under her veteran leadership, Bravo became
the top cable entertainment network among female viewers and
E! is a multiplatform pop culture powerhouse with some of TV's
most buzzy unscripted programming. Rovner loves identifying
and nurturing creative talent, so her role overseeing content
for NBCU television and streaming fits her like a glove. And she
doesn't take that responsibility lightly. For Rovner, whether it's a
documentary or " The Real Housewives, " it's all about satisfying
audiences with quality content.
