Fischer was elevated from EVP to CFO last October, and she now oversees a swath of areas including accounting, risk management and
corporate budgeting. Additionally, she manages Charter's equity and capital markets strategy and execution, as well as M&A and investing
activity. As the industry strives to stay ahead of the curve in an era of cord-cutting, Fischer is focusing on broadband infrastructure and
network investments to help Charter keep its competitive edge. A graduate of Washington University, Fischer remains actively involved with
the school's Elliot Society and is a member of the Olin School of Business alumni board.
What does the metaverse mean to you? It's one more thing parents can use our Advance WiFi controls to pause when it's
time to get their kids to come to dinner.
How will inflation impact the media and broadband space? We remain focused on the customer. As people look for where
they get the best value, we see an opportunity to help our customers save money. With Spectrum Mobile's new
multiline pricing and packaging, a Spectrum Internet customer choosing Spectrum for their Mobile service can save
hundreds, if not thousands of dollars a year, all while enjoying the fastest overall speeds.

Daniels has been in the Discovery family for some time, and she's been putting her knack for helping networks (previously TLC) reach
record-breaking success to work for the company's flagship network as well as Animal Planet and Science Channel. Under her watch,
Discovery has four of the top 10 unscripted cable series among men 25-54, including the red-hot " Gold Rush. " And she doesn't stop there;
she's expanded tune-in by building nights of programming around the network's hits including " Street Outlaws " on Mondays and " Moonshiners "
on Fridays. Look for Daniels to continue priming both the linear channels and evolving the genres for streaming audiences. The
avid animal lover is also perfect for her leadership on Animal Planet-she adopted her second rescue during the pandemic.
