Severe weather events that cause service disruption are often some of the most difficult situations the field operations team
faces. Pillai recently set new standards to improve service restoration time and keep Altice customers informed. He steered the
organization's recovery through more than a dozen weather events in 2021, some of them occurring concurrently across multiple
states. Pillai also leads the teams responsible for construction of the company's FTTH network, which is now available to more
than 1.5 million households. He will continue this work in 2022 as a million additional households are slated to be added to the
fiber network.

What childhood memento have you kept? A gold chain from my mom. It reminds me of hard work, dedication and
generosity.

an ad haul for the Tokyo Olympics that surpassed the Rio Summer Games' bounty. She
also launched ONE21, a first-of-its-kind global gathering combining the innovation of
