WICT's board. She's served on
Altice's D&I Executive Council since
its inception and has overseen
companywide sessions on allyship
intersectionality and the importance
of understanding and appreciating
colleagues of all backgrounds. Her
DEI efforts also inform her communications
and community affairs work,
from the " Let's Reconnect " campaign
to partnerships with the Coalition to
Back Black Businesses.

topics relevant to race, ethnicity,
gender and LGBTQ+.

BUCKET LIST TRAVEL DESTINATION?
Hawaii and Japan. It was
too difficult to choose so I chose
each of my favorites for domestic and
international travel.

THE WHY? Animation may be a male-dominated genre, but during the past
two years Beach has built Adult Swim's most diverse-and female-team
yet. Marketing campaigns for the animated series " Teenage Euthanasia " and
" Tuca & Bertie " not only generated excitement, they leveraged the fact that
the shows were created by women and have female-centric storylines.
SHE SAYS... " It's all about the people in the room. Having diverse voices
and perspectives at the table, and valuing their input. "
SONG FROM YOUR EARLIER DAYS THAT'S STILL ON YOUR PLAYLIST?
Music from earlier days is still pretty much my playlist, I have a soft
spot for an '80s power ballad. One time I tried to karaoke Led Zeppelin's
" Immigrant Song. " It was not pretty, but it was very, very fun.

education access and encourage a
culturally diverse campus.

BUCKET LIST TRAVEL DESTINATION?
I attended the last two
FIFA Soccer World Cups in Brazil
and Russia, and plan to continue the
tradition by attending the next one in
Qatar.
