and inclusion, but she's also finding ways to create more avenues for
growth. She created EMERGE, Disney Media and Entertainment Distribution's
Multicultural Marketing Education initiative that seeks to better understand
its consumers in the Black/African-American, Hispanic, Asian-American and
LGBTQ+ marketplaces. She also formed the Segmentation Marketing Council
and Vendor Diversity Coalition and founded a literary company dedicated to
highlighting Black women writers and creators called midnight & indigo.

Led) product suite of immersive
shoppable digital experience, and
they've placed addressable advertising
slots into every hour of original
programming on AMC and WE tv in
2022.

Resource Group Council, Soriano has
added six new ERGs-Black at A+E,
Familia, Asian Community of Excellence,

two: Pride and Open Minds. Since
then, she's begun exploring the need
for an additional ERG focused on the
neurodiverse community. Soriano
also serves as executive advisor for
4UV, a new brand that celebrates
