distribution agreements, Espinosa
serves as executive sponsor of one of
its Employee Resource Groups, the
Hispanic Organization for Leadership
and Advancement (HOLA). He has
led HOLA's board for several years,
championing its mission and commitment
to develop Hispanic leaders
and careers within the industry and
the community. He also participates
in Fox's mentorship programs and has
served as a mentor for the T. Howard
Foundation.

THE LAST APP I USED: I'm typing

THE WHY: Co-chair of Showtime's
DEI Council, Espinoza helps foster
an inclusive and representative
environment across the organization
while ensuring its content
resonates. He's built Showtime into
a destination for world-champion
boxing, last year drawing fans to
23 live events. He's also expanded
basketball content and produced
four docs, including the Sports Emmy-nominated
" NYC Point Gods "
and " McEnroe. "
HE SAYS... " The NBA has consistently
had a strong track record on
DEI, stronger than any other professional
sport. Currently 50% of team
GMs and 50% of team head coaches
are people of color, and nearly
a third of team CEOs or presidents
are women or people of color. The
league's prioritization of DEI is also
reflected in players' and teams'
freedom to express themselves on a
range of societal issues. "

THE WHY: Instead of viewing DEI as an additional aspect, Fino looks for projects
with DEI as a core component from the start and she ensures the focus isn't lost
in production or promotion of the final product. Her involvement in every detail of
Crackle's original award-winning series " Inside the Black Box " -which offers a safe
space for actors of color to discuss their experience in the entertainment industry-
underscores her passion for giving voice to underrepresented communities.
SHE SAYS... " There's a lot of 'check the box' when it comes to DEI. Many companies
change their company logo to rainbow in June or put out a statement about DEI
from their (usually) white CEO. I'd like [to] use our Originals on Crackle to not just entertain people, but maybe make
a subtle impact on the tolerance and acceptance of diverse people in fact being the experts on topics like finance,
home décor, pet care, acting and yes, sneaker drops! "
