THE WHY: Libramonte excels at strategic negotiations that drive record-breaking
viewership for the NBCUniversal portfolio, including, recently, those leading
to the long-term renewal of 25 expiring RSN deals that represented $275
million over term and another that bolstered the partnership between Verizon
and NCTC. She's an active member of the new NBCU Content Distribution
DEI Council and outside the office, Libramonte and her husband launched the
Bethpage Kickboxing Academy, a Muay Thai and Filipino martial arts school to
help quell anti-Asian hate and promote positive aspects of Asian culture within
their community.

Prince, " inspired by the character from the legendary Chinese novel Journey
to the West. She also mentors people both inside and outside the company,

THE WHY: Lockhart's strong sense of justice has driven him through all he's
accomplished over his career. Not only has he chosen inclusive, diverse stories
but he's also led a multicultural team, which has helped spur change within the
organization, including as an executive advocate for ESPN's employee resource
group, ENABLED, which supports employees with disabilities. Recently, he
spearheaded the HBCU series " Why Not Us? " and the Black Sports Business
Symposium.
HE SAYS... " In an ideal world, the process should start with hiring managers asking themselves a few key questions.
What does our team need in terms of POV? What perspective are we missing or could be strengthened
with this hire? "
FIRST JOB IN THE INDUSTRY: I was a production assistant at ESPN for 14 months, and it was a whirlwind
experience that helped set the tone for my career.
