Buchholz oversees Comcast's
corporate real estate, security
and HQ campus, where she recently
led the return-to-office
strategy. Under her direction,
Comcast's campus was named
a Certified Autism Center, and
she introduced public programming
like the Lunar New
Year experience at The Universal
Sphere. Buchholz is part
of several organizations and
serves on the boards of The
WICT Network, Philadelphia
Convention & Visitors Bureau
and Drexel University..
Diane Christman
President & CEO
Syndeo Institute at The Cable
Center
Less than two years since
christening the Syndeo
Institute, Christman is connecting
industry leaders
and creating new opportunities
for education and engagement. Based on
member feedback, her team revamped the Cable
Center Customer Care Consortium as an experiential
learning model. Mentoring women remains
Christman's priority. As part of the Hauser Oral History
project, she's establishing a dedicated archive
celebrating women in cable.
What's heavy on my mind lately is the
challenge of being a woman leader in a
time of an unrelenting narrative by some
who believe that DEI efforts reward people
who didn't have to 'work hard.' "

Crichlow's ability to navigate
difficult issues in a
respectful manner has
made her stand out. She
and her team have focused
on building skills to help
managers lead inclusively,
aligned with a new leadership framework. Similar
content for individual contributors will soon be
introduced, along with a new leadership guide to
educate and inform leaders on the company's DEI
strategy.
While her Olympic accomplishments are
quite impressive, I really admire Gabrielle
Thomas' grit, spirit and perspective-she
is hard-working, yet quite humble given
her achievements. "
