particularly those that ensure women can thrive.
Jane Rhodes

Rhodes oversees Charter's Corporate
Physical Security team, with
the core mission of protecting the
company's employees, providing
security training and 24/7 security
protection for employees, facilities
and customers in its retail
locations. She and her team play
a critical role in maintaining safe
operations during weather-related
incidents. During tropical storm
and hurricane season, Rhodes
works with teams throughout the
company to ensure plans are in
place to assist customers and employees
who might be impacted
by adverse weather conditions.
I am working to talk less
and listen more. I am too
quick to 'give the
answers to the test' to my
team. To allow the team to grow, I
am working to focus on obtaining
their input and feedback and allow
them to lead decision making. My
goal is to use my role to develop
the team with a focus on excellence
and leadership. "

of NBCU's Creative Impact Lab,
which provides grants to nonprofit
creative agencies that employ
apprentices from under-represented

oversaw a Lab collab tied to the
2024 Olympic and Paralympic
Games, where her team offered
the Challenged Athletes Foundation
the opportunity to have a
30-second PSA.
A skill I am currently
working on is continuing
to network and learn
what other companies
are doing in my field of CSR. I am a
strong believer that CSR is not
competitive. The more we share
best practices and collaborate
across industries, the more impact
we can make collectively. "

As the leader of Comcast's Project
UP, Wilson-Scott recently spearheaded
a $35 million initiative to support
skills training for future innovators,
creators and entrepreneurs. Comcast
RISE has provided $140 million to
over 14,000 small businesses, and
Team UP engaged 16,000 employees
in 130,000 hours of volunteer work
in 2023. Wilson-Scott's advocacy
extends to fostering women's leadership
and supporting women-led
organizations, including the Women's
Network ERG, Tech Women and
several professional development
programs.
