Amy Geary

Geary joined NBCU from parent
Comcast almost two years ago
and has notched several milestones
since coming aboard. She
led the negotiations for several
MVPD and vMVPD agreements
and launched the Peacock-Netflix streaming bundle in
partnership with Verizon. She also contributed to special
projects including M&A and product initiatives and she's
an active mentor across the organization. Geary recently
championed the transition of multiple internals to join
her direct reports in order to cultivate a versatile team
and grant individuals greater exposure to important
work.
The toughest part about being a leader in this
industry is modeling flexibility in a changing
landscape. We all like certainty, and it's difficult
to work through the fast evolution of our
industry. We need to focus on the big picture and model
learning and pivoting for our teams. "
Sarah Gitchell
SVP, Content Acquisition

Since transitioning to her new role, Gitchell has been instrumental in shaping Comcast's
content strategy, completing key renewals and leading compliance and field operations.
A recent Master of Laws graduate in Cybersecurity and Data Privacy, she's known for
championing new models in media rights and encouraging her team to innovate in a shifting
landscape. Gitchell's leadership also shines through her mentorship within Comcast's
Women's Network, The WICT Network and the Betsy Magness Leadership Institute.
I'm working on letting go of the frameworks I hold onto that prevent me from identifying opportunities
right in front of me. While having a solid working understanding of the pay TV industry is invaluable, it
can also sometimes prevent me from seizing upon new ways of monetizing and distributing content. "

agility in pivoting and adapting to change, Bergman is
a bridge-builder who is all-in when it comes to building
collaborative teams.
