positions-but true leadership requires stepping back
from execution so you can think big and empower

Altafiber
Shin led Hawaiian Telcom through the devastating Maui wildfires, ensuring that the
network had minimal downtime and providing free and immediate forwarding of landline
numbers during this harrowing period. She has directed the telco's fiber deployment-now
50% fiber and on track to become 100% fiber by 2025. Shin also led the
company's community support efforts that raised donations of more than $1.8 million
to non-profits and employees donating more than 5,600 man-hours of service.
The most significant challenge facing women in leadership today is the persistent gender bias and lack
of representation in decision-making roles. To address this, organizations must implement mentorship
programs, promote inclusive policies and actively support women's advancement through training.
Cultivating a culture of equity will empower women and enhance diversity in leadership positions,
driving innovation and growth. "

Customer Engagement, Griffith's

tripling GFiber's customer base
within five years. Following this
success, she was appointed as
the company's first-ever Chief Growth Officer in November
2023. Griffith's stewardship and dedication to customer
advocacy has helped GFiber capture the JD Power
award as the top internet service provider in the South
Region, PC Mag's 2024 Best Overall ISP in the U.S., Best
Gaming ISP and Reader's Choice #1 in overall service.

plan to establish cross-functional teams with representation

Ziply resource group and she constantly works to bring
together women of different backgrounds and experience
levels to share insights and mentorship.
