Before recently joining Harmonic,
Gillies was at NCTC, leading PR,
member communications and the
cooperative's industry narrative. Now
on the vendor side, she's helping
Harmonic expand as it looks to keep
supporting its operator partners. You
can also find Gillies on the board of
the Mid-America Cable Telecommunications
Association, where she
serves as treasurer.

Known for collaborating with partners
to find creative and mutually
beneficial ways to elevate content,
Granito also oversees marketing and
related efforts for AMCN's branded
entertainment division, Content
Room. This year, Content Room
debuted a new slate of originals,
including " In the Kitchen with Harry
Hamlin " with more to come. She also
partnered with the Ad Council on
a PSA encouraging girls to pursue
STEM education.

Another ceiling has been shattered
with Kemp becoming the first woman
president of the Mid-America Cable
Telecommunications Association.
She is passionate about empowering
women and has been actively involved
in mentoring. With a personal
motto of " Bring More, " Kemp shares
her experiences through platforms
such as keynoting the Level Up Conference
for women.
Company benefits should be
focused on recruiting and
retaining top talent regardless
of sex. Companies
should, however, work to close the pay
gap. Women still earn around 84 cents
for every dollar a man earns for the
same job on average in the U.S. "
Amy Leasca

Leasca has reduced churn while
strengthening the company's subscription
and streaming services. This
year her team launched a new live,
24-hour BBC News FAST Channel
across multiple free platforms and orchestrated
numerous merchandising
campaigns across AMCN's streaming
services. Leasca also serves on
University of Rhode Island's Women's
Leadership Council.

In a rapidly changing media landscape,
Lins has guided CTAM's
achievements in consumer safety,
content discoverability and retention
initiatives, creating growth opportunities
for the marketing group's

She's helped the industry combat
piracy with website StreamSafely
and CTAM's SmartMove program
has generated 3.3 million subscriber
leads to date in 2024.

Peters developed and launched
Spectrum One, the industry's first
converged offering bundling mobile,
internet and advanced WiFi. This
year, she and her team led the launch
of " Life Unlimited, " a brand refresh,
alongside the company's new
customer commitment and pricing
strategy. Her early search strategy for
residential and business consumers
is now considered marketing best
practice and used by multiple telecom
companies.
I'd actually prefer to host a
game show instead of
competing. I hold an
end-of-year celebration for
my team where I host game shows. "
