Hannasch successfully implemented
a strategic plan that increased
broadband penetration
to industry benchmarks three
years ahead of schedule, leading
to a 10% increase in overall penetration within four
years. Described as the consummate servant leader, she
is incredibly successful at getting everyone to champion
a shared vision.
A favorite trend from the past year is the shift
toward mental health awareness in the workplace.
Recognizing the importance of mental
health is not just a trend but a long-overdue
evolution in how we support employees. This hits home
for me as it aligns with the causes I hold close. "

or optimizing the company's
free-to-air and PayTV markets
outside the U.S.-Liu is a dedicated mentor who
shares her own experiences with Paramount ERGs like
Rise and Women+. Her work has proved vital in realizing
Paramount's global vision as it expanded Pluto
TV across 35+ territories over three continents and
brought Paramount+ to over 45 international markets.
A skill I'm working on is learning to read and
write in Chinese. It requires such concentration
and focus that-while I'm working on
it-there's no room to think about anything
else. As challenging as it is, it's also oddly meditative. "

Murphy was a breakout star at
Comcast, becoming the first
African American female and
millennial to own a P&L within
the Comcast Business division.
When the COO role at Astound
opened this year following the retirement of 44-year
industry veteran Chris Fenger, she felt there was a
calling for her to jump in and help unite the company,
which has amassed a collection of acquisitions across
the country, including Boston, Chicago and Seattle.
Women need more access to rooms where
decisions are being made. They should be
encouraged to participate in strategic projects
that drive change in the business and to step
into the unfamiliar and uncomfortable. "

Northeast Division President
Comcast
Lynch's leadership has driven
significant growth for Comcast's
Northeast Division, launching
options like NOW prepaid services
and expanding Comcast
Business sales teams into new
territories across her division's
15-state footprint as well as D.C. With over 30 years in the
industry, she was inducted into the Cable TV Pioneers
Class of 2023 and named Woman of the Year by The
WICT Network's Rocky Mountain chapter.
A woman who I believe is changing the world is
Dr. Fei-Fei Li, who co-founded the Stanford
Human-Centered AI Institute. Her work is
focused on ensuring AI technologies are
developed with ethical considerations and human values
in mind. "

With more than 30 years' experience,
including developing
the playbook for integration
efforts within Customer
Operations following the
2016 merger of Charter, Time
Warner Cable and Bright House Networks, Powell is a
natural in her current role. She played an instrumental
part in the development and launch of Spectrum's
recently announced Customer Commitment, working
with teams to evaluate operational needs and to create
business processes to support customer-focused
initiatives.
One skill I have been working on in both work
and non-work settings is practicing 'being in
the moment' and being mindful of the people
I am with. "

With Langner leading the
way, Cox is evolving its
products for the future and
solidifying its place as a
leader in connectivity and
content distribution. She's
guiding the rollout of the Xumo Stream Box to Cox
internet customers, and Cox Contour users won't be
left behind thanks to a deal to add 20 FAST channels
from Xumo to their linear guides. She's passionate
about giving back, serving on the board of Adaptive
Spirit and as a Southeast trustee for the Boys and
Girls Clubs of America.
