Bauer is one of the backbones
of CSG, leading
customer success, HR, the
payments business unit
and marketing and communications.
It's a role that
has been shaped around her unique skillset and
willingness to address tough problems from business,
culture and human perspectives. In March,
she led the development of CSG's 2024 State of the
Customer Experience report, shining a spotlight on
the pressure on leaders to take data-driven approaches
to the customer journey.
Today, women in corporate America are
embracing their authentic selves and
advocating for strong ideas-whether their
own or those of others. I am especially
happy to see more women bring their skills and
expertise to P&L roles that have historically been
male dominated. "

Davis and her team have
expanded Comcast's
cybersecurity capabilities
by launching a centralized
global cyber operations center supporting
both Comcast and Sky. She launched the 2023
Comcast Business Cybersecurity Threat Report
to guide leaders in managing today's complex
vulnerabilities. Davis serves on the Comcast
TechWomen Advisory Board and last year was
appointed to the President's National Security
Telecommunications Advisory Committee, where
she advises the White House on the reliability, security
and preparedness of vital communications
and information infrastructure.

Howe's reputation as a
mentor is legendary as she
spends several hours each
week dedicated to sharing
career advice and discussing
opportunities with leaders in
all stages of their professional
lives. She took home this year's Women in Technology
Award presented jointly by SCTE, the WICT
Network and Cablefax for her continued investment
in the industry as a whole and the next generation of
leaders.
I see the value of Generative AI to increase
shareholder value and make a company more
competitive. However, AI also brings concerns
about protecting a company's intellectual
property. As a leader, I must ensure companies control
and protect their IP while benefiting from AI. "

AMC Networks
Mitchko develops
technology solutions to
advance a customer-first
approach and make
popular content available on as many platforms as
possible, from internet-based skinny bundles to an
innovative partnership with Netflix. She oversaw
an agreement for Comcast Technology Solutions
to manage most distribution of AMCN's content
domestically and globally. A mentor for The WICT
Network, Mitchko recently co-authored the book
" Mind Skills: Unleash Your Potential to Lead in the
Big Leagues. "
I am voraciously curious-so I'm always
challenging myself to try new things, from
motorcycle track riding to woodworking
and furniture making. Recently I've spent
some time mountain and glacier climbing. "
