Dungey's rise seems unstoppable, as the entertainment industry leader is
poised to take over Warner Bros. Discovery's U.S. TV networks later this year,
following Kathleen Finch's retirement. Her track record at WBD, as well as at
Netflix and ABC, is as someone who has championed inclusion on screen and
off. WBTV scripted series include the highly celebrated " Abbott Elementary "
and " Ted Lasso. " Now David Zaslav is looking to Dungey to turn her magic
touch to the evolving WBD linear TV business.
WHAT DOES WORK-LIFE BALANCE MEAN TO YOU? The phrase implies that there's
a moment where everything is perfectly aligned, which is why I dislike it. Life is
in constant motion and we need to give ourselves grace about that. Some weeks might sway more toward work and
some less, and that's okay.

WILL AI HELP OR HURT DIVERSITY AND
INCLUSION? I see AI being helpful, if
based on pure instruction and the
learning has uncorrupted base-level
functions. The issue is, humans
decide the prompts and responses
are limits to how those responses
are filtered.
