Named ESPN's Head of Digital Content & Audience Expansion last year, Rolon-ESPN's
highest-ranking Latino executive-manages over 800 employees.
He continues to play a pivotal role in the content strategy of ESPN Bets and
has expanded ESPN's storytelling efforts with documentaries like " Las Amazonas
de Yaxunah, " which tells the story of a Mayan women's softball team.
Rolon's advocacy for DEI extends well beyond ESPN Deportes and ESPN+
Más. He's a dedicated mentor and a NAMIC board member.

Diversity, equity and inclusion are
top priorities for Roundtree, who has
served in several leadership roles for
Comcast's Black Employee Network
Employee Resource Group, including
Executive Sponsor, a member
of the BEN National Committee and
co-lead of its DE&I Council. Under
his leadership, Richmond, Va., was
selected for Comcast RISE, and in
August, the program will award 100
small businesses in that city with
comprehensive packages for business
coaching sessions, education
resources, a $5,000 monetary grant,
creative production, media schedules
and technology makeovers.

Have a growth mindset and
never stop learning; have humility
in all you do; and regardless of what
business you're in, get as close to
the customer as you can.

live to work. Today 100% of my professional
success is attributed to the
strength and support provided by my
wife and kids. They made me who I
am. It's mandatory to spend quality
family time, focus on fitness and find
time to self-heal via any vehicle, like
meditation, to connect deeply within
yourself.
