within the field operations workforce, and in 2023 over 8,000 field operations
employees progressed at least one level, with many more advancing more than
once. Outside Charter, Smith volunteers for Pro Bono Partnership, which provides
legal services to nonprofits serving the disadvantaged in New York, New
Jersey and Connecticut.
ADVICE I WOULD GIVE A RECENT GRADUATE: Get a job where you have to go to an
office. You will learn, grow and make lifelong friends.

bold and take calculated risks. If you
want to grow and get to a place you
did not think was possible, you need
to step out of your comfort zone. We
perform at our absolute best when
we do this.

in Srinivasan's approach to the workplace.
He led an internal Inclusion
Talk for AAPI Heritage Month with the
topic " Diversity at the Top " and hosts
the annual college-level internship
program as a point of entry for diverse
prospects who are looking to get
involved in network operations. Those
two pillars fuel his leadership as well,
having helped implement initiatives
like Charter's ongoing cybersecurity
programs.
