opportunities and priceless
exposure. Oh, and did we mention
the caliber of content? 39 Primetime
from the Wharton School at
the University of Pennsylvania

Optimum Services had
Dolan overseeing increased
broadband speeds for
Optimum Online customers,
the expansion of WiFi and TV
to GO services, and enhancements
to Cablevision's
cloud-based DVR service
that now allows customers
to record 10 shows at
once. By coordinating efforts
across Cablevision's business
groups, Sweeney helped the
company enhance a whole
lot of products-multi-room
cablefaxmag.com
Emmy noms and counting can't be
wrong. Moreover, SundanceTV's
scripted originals, IFC's growing
slate of top-notch comedies and WE
tv's foray into originals prove the
company is firing on all cylinders-
and we're likely to enjoy a whole lot
more of it.

DVRs, increased broadband
speeds, improved WiFi, a
new program guide and an
expanded Optimum App-
while also reducing the
number service and repair
calls. Their combined emphasis
on customer service also
involved short-form messaging
on the Optimum Channel
and a new system that alerts
customers to outages and let
them know when the issues
should be resolved.
