He oversees daily operations at

Starz Animation division. Under Albrecht's
watch, 2011-12 has been
marked by continued record revenues,
cashflow and subscriber totals for both
Starz (20.8 million and Encore (34.3 million). As
icing on the cake, they tossed their hat mightily
into the TV Everywhere ring with the launch of
the Starz Play & Encore Play services. And the
duo is only just revving the engine, with a strong
focus on originals. 2013 will see the fourth
and final installment of " Spartacus: War of the
Damned " and newcomers " Da Vinci's Demons "
and " The White Queen. " Michael Bay's " Black
Sails " is in development for 2014.

CNN Digital grew 117% year-over-year, making
network success increasingly tied to cross-platform
collaboration. With D'Alba and Speciale signing
promotional deals and Breland concentrating on
development of a convergence model, the team is
poised to provide better ad options to its partners.

my kids have aspirations that may need funding.
Why Isn't TV Everywhere... everywhere yet?
New behaviors take time. The experience (what
viewers get, when and where) needs to be as consistent
as possible. Then it will be easier to market
the value of the experience and how it alters laws of
time and space.

The one thing I would tell my kids about
success in life: Continually re-invent yourself
and have fun.
This incident from my youth taught me an
important lesson. What was the incident and
the lesson? I chewed up and swallowed a doubleedge
razor when I was about 16 months old. Yes,
seriously. I could just as easily not be here. So every
day is a pretty good day.
