Caroline Horner
SVP, Product Innovation
Rentrak
Marcien Jenckes
EVP, Consumer Services
Comcast
Horner has a big year ahead of her,
leading the integration of comScore's
digital assets with Rentrak's TV performance
metrics now that they have
closed their merger. This year, she led the team that
launched Rentrak's fi rst multiscreen product and excelled
due to her extensive background on the agency,
MVPD and digital sides of the business. Horner is frequently
sought out by clients to explain her vision for
cross-platform advertising. Looking ahead in terms of
multiscreen monetization, Horner says, " It is critical for
network, studios and distributors to understand how a
deal in one platform impacts the others. "
Neil Hunt
Chief Product Offi cer
Netfl ix
When you fi nd something on Netfl ix
from a recommendation, you can
thank Hunt. As chief product offi cer
he leads the team that designs and
optimizes the Netfl ix user experience. And Netfl ix has,
of course, helped usher consumers from an appointment-based
world to an on demand, personalized
one. Hunt has helped empower Netfl ix's recommendation
machine in order to improve customer satisfaction-and
has changed the rules of content discovery
for the platform's subscribers as a result. Finding the
right niche audience for each show is his role, and he
has done a bang-up job.
Braxton Jarratt
CEO
Clearleap
When Jarratt founded Clearleap, he
wanted to simplify the process for content
owners looking to bring a quality
viewing experience to consumers on
every device. It seems to have worked, with IBM acquiring
Cleapleap in December 2015. The company will
be integrated into the IBM Cloud platform to provide
enterprises ways to manage, monetize and grow video
experiences across platforms. Following the acquisition,
Jarratt's main focus will be the continued delivery
of premium experiences to Clearleap's existing clients,
along with the development of new solutions.

Prior to taking on the role of EVP,
Consumer Services at Comcast,
which combines video, Internet,
phone and home services under one consumerfocused
umbrella, Jenckes was behind the rollout of
a slew of Comcast's Xfi nity products as well as its
cloud-based X1 platform. More recently, he has helped
Comcast up its residential gigabit presence with the
rollout of Gigabit Pro, which offers symmetrical, 2
Gbps speeds over fi ber. He's also behind the current
expansion of the TVE product for students, Xfi nity on
Campus, from 7 to 27 schools.
Vivek Khemka
EVP & CTO
DISH
Kemka's wheelhouse is the development
and execution of technology
strategy for DISH and Sling TV,
including the management of product
roadmaps, video, online, mobile, broadband and user
experiences. He oversees DISH Anywhere for Hopper
and Sling customers, which allows live, recorded and
VOD content to be watched on-the-go from various
devices. And recently, his team was behind HopperGO,
a personal mobile video drive that lets customers
access their recorded content anywhere, anytime-
with no Internet connection required-through the
creation of its own private wireless cloud.
