Dunavant sits on the front line of the
cable industry's digital transformation,
continually evolving CSG's strategic
product development to support a
blended experience of live and streaming content. This
past year he spearheaded CSG's product focus on
improving and integrating live linear capabilities into the
multiscreen experience. Dunavant cites the plethora of
content across screens and its integration with other
OTT services as the biggest advancements during the
past year, noting, " While we are not 100 percent there, I
fi nd the content to be more readily available on a multiscreen
basis, which adds to the value I receive from my
operator. "

Multiple screens will require new ideas
for how users interface with their
chosen entertainment, something
Flick seems to have understood for
quite some time. In his own words, " It's now offi cially
all about the user experience. " His current endeavor,
You.i TV, seeks to give providers an easier path to
providing SVOD services to customers. A fundamental
idea behind his work is " owning the glass, " a reference
to providing the user with such a superior interface
that traditional barriers and frustrations to consuming
content fall away. Jason believes " all these user-centric
benefi ts are a product of exciting competition within
the marketplace, and that's only the beginning. It's an
exciting time to be a viewer. "

It's been a busy few months for
Gandler and the crew at fuboTV.
Launched in January 2015 primarily
as a streaming service for hardcore
soccer fans, Gandler cut several new deals allowing
fubo to premiere a revamped beta version in February
that includes Fox Sports and NBCUniversal RSNs. It
also added entertainment offerings into the mix, such
as A&E and USA. At the same time, fuboTV raised a B
round of funding led by Fox and Sky, hired its fi rst-ever
CFO and added a chief product offi cer and CTO (both
from Google). When faced with the question does

A member of CTAM's board of directors,
Garner is often looking at the big
picture for the entire industry. At A+E networks, part
of his job entails overseeing non-linear digital content
distribution. That's certainly been busier than normal
with the ever-growing list of virtual MVPD players on
the market. Through it all, he's got to make sure A+E
holds on to the rights and fl exibility that allows it to
pursue new products and partnerships. Just like that
stake it recently purchased in the National Women's
Soccer League.

AT&T
Goncalves has been the thought leader
on TV Everywhere and OTT video at
AT&T. Under his leadership, the DirecTV Everywhere
product portfolio was recognized for having the best TV
app and web portal in 2014 and won a Webby award,
along with an Emmy nomination for the NFL Sunday
Ticket experience. He is now responsible for identifying
and assessing new opportunities and setting strategic
direction across the AT&T Entertainment Group portfolio,
including leveraging AT&T's video, wireline and mobile
assets. While the set-top box is still a great way to offer
content in the home, the explosion of mobile viewing
has driven mobile-fi rst strategies, Goncalves says.

EPIX
At the helm of EPIX, Greenberg oversaw
the successful foray into original
series, including the critically acclaimed
" Berlin Station " and Golden Globenominated
political drama " Graves. " This year also saw
EPIX launch with three of the top 10 NCTC cable distributors,
increasing their distribution by 500,000 subscribers.
