Hackley leads one of the most successful regions in Comcast.
Under his leadership, the Greater Boston Region had
a tremendous 2014. When the year commenced, Hackley
toured the region, and shared his strategy as to how business
could grow. One of his most notable achievements
over the last 12 months was the completion of a project
to construct the first Comcast-owned submarine fiber
optic cable to Martha's Vineyard ensuring services to the
island's 16,000-plus residents.

in the company. Along the way, he continued to improve
field operation metrics throughout the region. An authentic
leader, Lopez lends a personal touch to his interactions as
he continues to spearhead emphasis on enhancing the
customer experience. Accessible and relatable, he strives
to give his team a vision that fosters forward-thinking.

Those who have known Guthrie during his 30 years at
Comcast see him as a great people person, a strong
communicator and a manager who is heavily focused
on employee engagement and leadership development.
Clearly, the Big South Region is richer for Guthrie's
qualities as both an executive and a human being. A
supporter of the Special Olympics, Guthrie personally
mentors three individuals: a college student, a small
business owner and a Comcast leader.

Work hard. Play hard.
As an industrial engineer, Might literally views things from a
different perspective. Maybe that's why last year, under his
leadership, expenses were down 2 percent and operating
cash flow was up more than 10 percent. This year sees
added challenges including spinning off Cable ONE from
Graham Holdings as a separately traded company. Might
also will continue to aggressively contain costs through
operations strategy projects across the organization.
I wish Congress would just... stop spending more money.
Should the industry embrace or reject " virtual
MSOs " and why? Embrace! Let's not behave like
bookstores, newspapers, or the music industry did, and
pretend we have a pass on technological disruption.
