be found logging 10K steps with her FitBit while listening

has managed Suddenlink's
content relationships with media ownership groups, TV stations
and cable nets for more than a decade. This year has
been a transitional one, as she will pass the baton to Kathy
Payne when she retires in a few months after 35 years in the
industry. What's been her secret sauce all these years? " Figure
out each day what most needs your attention-be it personal
or work-and then focus on accomplishing what needs to get
done, " McCaskill says.

Sarnoff helps drive the company's
advertising affi liate sales, linear and
digital program sales, home entertainment,
licensing and BBC.com. Recent
home runs include a nationwide
theatrical screening event for " Doctor
Who's " 50th anniversary special, " The Day of the Doctor, " a
Twitter Amplify program to reinvigorate the " Top Gear " brand
and the growth of BBC America HD and BBC World News
by 20 percent and 15 percent, respectively. The network's
ad sales department delivered 22 percent higher net revenue
as well. She believes cable has done a better job than most
industries in supporting women " because women were there
from the beginning. To this day, there are many women at the
top in cable, which is crucial in helping to create open and
diverse corporate cultures. "
to her current position, adding Turner Digital and CNN ad
sales to her domain, and now oversees advertising revenue
for Turner's domestic television and digital entertainment,
news, and kids and young adult brands.
