This year, she launched a multicultural sales team to
service clients looking for total market opportunities
to reach Latino families. " This year was the infl ection
point for kids advertisers, " she says, " where they
stopped talking about opportunities to reach kids
across screens and actually bought their media that
way in the Upfront. "

a daily basis and stick to it! "

20th anniversary, which was folded into the net's annual
New York City Wine & Food Festival. The festival
weekend raised $1.5 million for charities including

within the industry.

again in 2014. Aiding in the growth was the acquisition
of Switchover Media in Italy. In her down time,
Forbes returns to her native Ireland to " catch up on
my favorite sport, rugby, and support my local team,
Munster. "

whiz behind successful

coming months, she'll lead marketing for " The Book
of Negroes, " BET's fi rst-ever miniseries. She's also
focused on giving Centric a new look as it rebrands
to focus on African-American women. Free is actively
involved in WICT and NAMIC, and is a past Rising
Star Award recipient for the WICT Atlanta chapter.
