and her team are working hard to
grow the revenue base. In fact, she

board, including Cover Girl and Prudential. She currently sits
on the Board of Directors for Boys Hope Girls Hope, Ghetto
Film School and ADCOLOR, and is the past chair of the
American Advertising Federation Mosaic Council. She's also
evidence that success doesn't require a traditional career
path, having not graduated from college until the age of 30.

for Hsiung. As Disney Channel continues
to deliver a growing stable
of live-action and animated series
and movies, her oversight for the production companies
behind the scenes has grown as well. This past year she
was responsible for more than three dozen series and
movies on Disney Channel, Disney XD and Disney Junior,
including the " Adventures in Babysitting " reboot. Among
her upcoming projects is sequel " Descendants 2. " When
kids and families watch Disney networks, " they want to
see a world that reflects themselves, " she says. " Disney

taking his current post he was CFO for Oxygen Media and
before that worked at MSNBC in fi nancial planning and
analysis. He believes improved operating systems from
cable companies will make a positive impact in cable next
year. " With so much original content being produced, that is
really important. " Chadda enjoys working with the charity
Person-to-Person, which provides disadvantaged people
with emergency assistance for life's basic needs. " They do
great work, and I'm happy to help in big and small ways
whenever possible. "
