entails assisting the Plant Manager to achieve continuing
improvements in the areas of safety, employee training,

short and long range planning. Assignments will span all
departments with an emphasis on maintenance practices,
planning, budgeting, and plant outage coordination. Demonstrated
leadership experience in these areas is highly
desirable.
