GULFSTREAM AEROSPACE named
MARK KNALL vice president and general

CARPENTER AVIONICS of Smyrna, Tennessee, has been acquired by
Momentum Aviation Holdings.
"After an extensive nationwide search, we concluded that Carpenter
Avionics would be the ideal foundation upon which to build and grow our
business and serve customers," said MARK LEE, president of Momentum
Aviation Holdings. "I am elated with the opportunity to return to Nashville and
begin working with this talented team."
JOHN DENDEKKER, who has served as Carpenter's general manager
since 2011, will continue in that role and will report to Lee.
"In life, a time comes when it feels appropriate to transition your business to
the next generation," said FRAN CARPENTER, who served as CEO and president at Carpenter Avionics since 2010. "I am confident that with this new leadership team's experience and vision, Carpenter Avionics will thrive and grow."
Momentum acquired 100 percent of Carpenter Avionics' shares in this stock
purchase. Other terms of the transaction were not released.

Constant Aviation
CONSTANT AVIATION named SCOTT BAKER avionics manager for its
Cleveland location.
He joins the company with more than 17 years of avionics experience. Baker
previously served as maintenance and avionics controller with Flight Options.
Prior to Flight Options, he spent several years at Piedmont Hawthorne as an avionics technician and an avionics lead.

overhaul facility for all Gulfstream aircraft

feet of hangar, shop and support space.

TRUENORTH AVIONICS announced

that Satcom Direct is now an authorized
provider for the company's new Simphonē
Mobility GSM Service. According to the
company, this new service component
accompanies TrueNorth's Simphonē
Mobile GSM system, which is designed for
business jet operators, and includes roaming agreements with more than 300 major
international airtime service providers.
