executive director ' s letter Jill Nowak D uring 2015, PCSO members have more opportunities than ever to attend continuing education programs with PCSO and AAO. Each season will bring a chance to attend a session - attend them all or pick the one (or two) that brings the most value to you and your staff. In March, PCSO will host its first Spring Training in Scottsdale, AZ. This session, to be held on March 13-14, will give attendees and their staffs and families a chance to combine quality educational programs with fun in a resort location. Although PCSO may not hold a Spring Training session every year, the goal of this two-day program is to further PCSO's educational mission and bring speakers from all over the country to our area. In May, the AAO Annual Session will be held in San Francisco. The largest educational event for orthodontists, the Annual Session brings the most popular and cutting-edge speakers, the largest exhibit hall, and some very exciting special events to our region. For members and their staffs, registration fees are low and value is high. We are lucky to welcome the AAO to California, where many PCSO members can easily take advantage of all the meeting offers. In October, another Annual Session - this time the PCSO Annual Session - will be held in beautiful Palm Springs, CA. Always a favorite location for PCSO attendees, Palm Springs offers the best environment for learning and networking as well as fitting a little rest and relaxation into the schedule. The program for doctors and staff is outstanding and the venue - the Westin Mission Hills - is perfect for PCSO, with its 4 PCSO BULLETIN * SPRING 2015
