bare minimum. Many operations only
focus on " regulatory compliance " and
not the business of food and service.
The good news is that online training
has exploded over the past two years,
due in part to the pandemic. Multiple
options are available on the market to
train staff on subjects ranging from
culinary arts to customer service to
management skills. Training programs
can be accessed conveniently from
smartphones, tablets, and computers.
SUMMING IT UP
Technology is inspiring and is
improving significantly each year.
It gets easier and easier to use
technology, and its application has just
begun. It's time to embrace automation
and find ways to make the workplace
a better place to be. Always remember
that we do it to improve the lives of
customers and our team. If technology
is not making things easier and better,
then there's no point to it. After all, we
are in the people business. E
