Marketing is pivotal to bringing in
customers as it generates excitement,
boosts retail sales, and drives traffic to
your flex spaces. But you don't have to
spend a lot of money doing so.
These simple tactics can draw
attention to and highlight flex spaces:
* Showcase visually appealing images
of the food and beverages available
at the flex space using digital menu
boards. Be sure to change these
frequently to capture attention.
* Highlight special promotions,
bundles, or deals using signage and
encourage the foodservice team to
promote among customers.
* Provide helpful information about
the menu selection by sending
email campaigns to staff and even
community members, posting flyers,
or updating menu displays.

rolled out a Source Local Initiative,
where we source local produce
and meat from area farms. We
post flyers and recipe cards to
showcase the featured products.
By implementing these strategies,
food retail flex spaces can effectively
promote themselves and attract more
customers.
